1) Scope
These terms apply to all coaching services we provide, including 1:1 Elite Mentorship, Elite Mentorship+, and The Forge cohort programmes (the “Programme”). The specific details (start date, fees, format) are set out on your booking page, invoice, or Programme Summary (“Order”).
2) What you can expect
- Clear, direct coaching focused on results.
- For 1:1: weekly 60–75 minute session and a weekday accountability response window.
- For Forge: weekly cohort call, group accountability thread, and resources.
- Tools/scorecards and simple frameworks to track progress.
We don’t provide therapy, medical, financial or legal advice. See Disclaimer.
3) Your commitments
- Show up on time, prepared, and complete agreed actions.
- Engage honestly in check-ins and sessions.
- Respect confidentiality in group spaces; no recording or sharing without consent.
- Health is your responsibility; see Disclaimer for safety guidance.
4) Fees & payment
- Fees are stated in your Order/Invoice and are due on receipt, unless an agreed instalment plan is in place.
- If using instalments, the Instalment Agreement Addendum forms part of these terms.
5) 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Momentum Guarantee)
If you’re not satisfied with your progress in the first 14 days from Programme start (first 1:1 session or first cohort call), you may request a full refund of fees paid.
Eligibility (fair-use):
a) You completed onboarding and attended scheduled sessions in the first 14 days (or at least one cohort call).
b) You engaged in good faith (e.g., submitted daily check-ins ≥10 of 14 days or equivalent cohort participation).
c) Email your request by 23:59 UK time on Day 14 to [your email].
On approval: we refund 100% within 7 business days, cancel future instalments, and end Programme access. One-time per client per Programme; not available where removal occurs for conduct breaches/no-shows. After Day 14, Section 8 (Refunds) applies.
6) Scheduling, rescheduling & no-shows
- 24-hour notice required to reschedule.
- Sessions missed or cancelled with <24 hours’ notice are forfeited (not refundable, not credited).
- Cohort places are reserved; payments continue regardless of attendance (subject to the 14-Day Guarantee).
- Sessions are taken within the Programme window unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7) Communications & boundaries
Accountability responses are provided within the agreed weekday window (Mon–Fri). Messages sent outside agreed hours may be answered the next business day. We may use third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp/Zoom)—you’re responsible for your own device security.
8) Refunds & pauses (after Day 14)
After the 14-Day window, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Any goodwill credits or pauses are at our discretion.
9) Confidentiality & recordings
We keep your information confidential except where law requires disclosure or to prevent harm. Group spaces rely on mutual confidentiality. Sessions are not recorded unless all parties agree beforehand.
10) Intellectual property
All materials, frameworks, tools and content (including the Discipline Ledger, Conflict Protocol, Golden Hours, 3-Metric Scorecard, and The Forge materials) are our IP. You may use them personally during/after the Programme. You may not copy, share, publish, or use them commercially without written consent.
11) Health & safety; Disclaimer
Coaching is educational and performance-focused; it is not medical or psychological treatment. Where movement, breathwork or lifestyle changes are suggested, you are responsible for your health decisions. Consult your GP if you have any concerns or conditions. In an emergency call 999.

14) Liability
Nothing limits liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else not permitted by law. Subject to that:

- Our total liability for the Programme will not exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
15) Termination
We may end the Programme for serious breaches (e.g., abuse, confidentiality breaches, repeated no-shows) with written notice; standard refund terms apply. You may end the Programme at any time; refunds per Sections 5 and 8.
16) Force majeure
We’re not responsible for delays/failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If this persists >30 days, either party may end the Programme with pro-rata adjustments where appropriate.
