1) Coaching, not therapy or medical advice

Carpe Diem Dad Coaching provides coaching and education only. Nothing on this website, in our programmes (including The Forge, Elite Mentorship, Elite Mentorship+) or Free Training emails is medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, medical treatment or crisis support.

2) Fitness & exercise caution

Where we discuss movement, training or breathwork, you agree to use your own judgment and consult a healthcare professional before starting or changing any exercise, nutrition or lifestyle routine. Stop immediately if you feel unwell, dizzy or in pain. You participate at your own risk.

3) Personal responsibility

You are responsible for your choices, actions and results. We provide tools, frameworks and accountability; you do the work. By using this site or enrolling in any programme you accept full responsibility for your outcomes and decisions.

4) No guarantees of specific results

Except for the express 14-Day Money-Back (Momentum) Guarantee described on relevant programme/booking pages, we do not guarantee any particular result, outcome, income, relationship change, performance or health improvement. Individual results vary based on effort, context and many factors outside our control. Testimonials and case studies represent individual experiences and are not promises of what you will achieve.

5) Group conduct & confidentiality (The Forge)

The Forge is a small-group environment. You agree to show up on time, participate respectfully, and keep other members’ information confidential. We reserve the right to remove any participant for behaviour that undermines the group, breaches confidentiality or violates our standards. Removed participants are not entitled to a refund (save for any statutory rights and the 14-day guarantee where applicable).

6) Program access, cancellations & rescheduling

Programme inclusions and boundaries are described on the relevant pages and in booking confirmations. Unless stated otherwise:

  • Reschedule: minimum 24 hours’ notice.
  • No-shows/late cancellations: session forfeited, not refundable or credited.
  • Cohort places in The Forge are limited; fees continue regardless of attendance once a cohort begins (subject to the 14-day guarantee).

7) Payments, refunds & the 14-day guarantee

Payments are due as stated at checkout or on invoice. After the 14-day guarantee window closes, all fees are non-refundable except as required by law. The 14-day guarantee applies only as set out on the programme page/booking confirmation and requires reasonable participation in good faith.

8) Information accuracy & third-party links

We aim to keep content current and accurate but do not warrant completeness or suitability for your circumstances. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.

9) Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our programmes (text, videos, frameworks, worksheets, graphics) is owned by Peter Webb unless credited otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission. Clients receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for their own development.

10) Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals 18+. By using this site or enrolling in a programme you confirm you are 18 or over.

11) Privacy & data

We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Do not share sensitive health or personal information in group spaces you are not comfortable disclosing.

12) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or our services, except where caused by our fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death/personal injury resulting from our negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.

13) Changes to this disclaimer

We may update this page from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14) Governing law

This disclaimer and any dispute arising from it are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
