2) Who this site is for

This site is for adults 18+. Content is general information for education and coaching only.

3) Not therapy or medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Coaching is educational and performance-focused. If you have health concerns, speak to a GP. In an emergency, call 999.

4) Information accuracy

We aim to keep information current, but we do not warrant completeness or accuracy. You use the site and any content at your own discretion.

5) Accounts, bookings & programmes

Bookings may be handled by third-party tools (e.g., TidyCal/Stripe). Programme scope, fees, guarantees and policies are set out on the relevant booking pages and in your client documents.
Where stated, the 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies per the eligibility rules in our Disclaimer/agreements.

6) Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, graphics, videos, programs, “The Forge”, “Discipline Ledger”, protocols, etc.) is our intellectual property or used with permission. You may view and print for personal use only. No copying, sharing, republishing, selling, or commercial use without written consent.

7) Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. In particular, you agree not to:

  • break the law or violate others’ rights;
  • upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code;
  • scrape, crawl, or harvest data without our consent;

We may suspend or block access if these rules are breached.

8) User contributions (if applicable)

If you comment or submit content, you are responsible for it. Keep it lawful, respectful, and on-topic. We may remove content at our discretion.

Links to other sites/tools are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Use them at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, we will not be liable for: loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or any indirect/consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
Our total liability to you in connection with the site will not exceed the greater of £500 or the total fees (if any) you paid to us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
